SASANIAN EMPIRE, Circa 3rd-4th. Century AD. Agate Seal (8.20 gm; 24mm x 19mm x 6mm). First two letter or symbols? Followed by TASH,M(A)RD(A?)N (W?)R might also be TASHM(O?)R(A)D(A?) WR- More than likely a name for a Mobed “ Atash Moradan var”? Hole goes through for suspension. Minor chipping on the obverse at 11, otherwise in excellent condition.
