SASANIAN KINGS. Bahram IV. AD 388-399. PB (Lead) Unit (3.68 gm; 18 mm). Bust to the right, kidarite style monogram or tamgha in front of face, reverse, fire altar with attendants. Bahram IV conducted a highly effective campaign against the kidarites and their Hunic allies on the east. Well struck on a nice broad flan. Choice EF. Nice original find patina. Rare.
