D N VALENS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust right / RESTITVTOR REIP, Valens standing facing, head right, holding labarum, with hook on shaft, and Victory on globe; PLVG in exergue. RIC 6f.1; Lyon 27; RSC 28b. Sharply struck on a nice full flan. Well centered. Choice FDC. Lustrous. Rare. Great style. Lovely example for the issue.
