Description
SASANIAN KINGS. Khosrau. Sakastan series. AR Drachm (2.85 gm; 30 mm). Obverse, degenrated sasanian bust turning right, name HUSRAV in front of face, Arabic phrase JYD on the first quarter, followed by Bismillah on the second quarter and phrase Rabbi (Allah is my lord) on the 3rd quarter, reverse, mint and date obliterated. mint is most likely is SK (Sakastan). Choice VF. Nice original find patina. Rare.
