Byzantine: AV gold solidus, Heraclius with Heraclius Constantine, Constantinople mint, c. 613-625 A.D. Obverse: "dd NN hERACLIYS ET hERA CONST PP AVG"; To left, bust of Heraclius facing, with short beard, wearing chlamys and flat crown with cross; to right, similar but much smaller bust of Heraclius Constantinus, beardless; above, cross. Reverse: "VICTORIA – AVSЧ Є"; cross potent on three steps, "CONOB" below. (4.41gm, 21mm) Extremely Fine Condition.
