SASANIAN KINGS, Yazdgird II, (438-457 AD). Æ (0.90 gm; 15 mm). Standard issue, obverse, Yazdgird bust with standard crown turning right, monogram of crescent and a large dot above it, in front of face, reverse, fire altar with attendants. Brown patina. Choice Good VF. Extremely rare.
