Description
ARAB-SASANIAN-Tabaristan, year 93? AH. Æ (1.74 gm; 18 mm). Obverse, Sasanian style bust turning right, phrase "Apzut" in front of face, GDH symbol and letters behind the crown on the left, reverse, date 93(?) on the top and name "Tapuristan" at the bottom. Most coins from this series are minted in the years 93 and 87. Choice Good VF. Nice original find green patina.
