PERSIA, Safavid to Qajar era, Agate Seal Ring (17mm x 12mm). With finest Nasta'liq caligraphy, phrase in admiration of highly venerated third Shia imam Hussein, son of Imam Ali (first Shia Imam and 4th Rashedoon khalif) and grandson of Prophet Mohamad saying "Hussein ast aziz bar khalgh-e jahan" meaning, "Hussein is dearly beloved to the people of world". Excellent condition.
