SASANIAN KINGS, Yazdgird II, (438-457 AD). Æ (1.61 gm; 15 mm). Standard issue, obverse, Yazdgird bust with standard crown turning right, monogram of a crescent and a large dot above it in front of face, reverse, fire altar with attendants. Choice Good VF. Original find green patina. Extremely rare.
