SASANIAN KINGS, Yazdgird II, (438-457 AD). Æ (1.52 gm; 10 mm). Standard issue, obverse, Yazdgird bust with standard crown turning right, monogram of sun, crescent moon and dot above the crescent in front of face, reverse, fire altar with attendants. Choice aEF. Beautiful original find green patina. Extremely rare.
