KINGS of PARTHIA. Phraates IV. (38/7-2 BC). AR Tetradrachm (14.30 gm; 28 mm). Seleukeia on the Tigris mint. Dated 285 SE (27 BC). Diademed bust left, no wart on forehead / Phraates seated left, holding scepter and Nike, who crowns him with wreath; (year) below throne, (month) in exergue. Sellwood 55.4 (Tiridates); Shore -; Callataÿ 79-86; Sunrise 390var. Minor graffiti on the field. Choice EF. Lightly toned.
