ABBASID, Al-Ma'mun, 810-833 AD. AR Dirhem (2.85 gm; 24 mm). With the title of his Persian grand vizier "Dhu al-Riyasatayn" (title of Fadhl b. Sahl whose original name was Zadan Farrokh-e Sarakhsi), "Dhu al-Riyasatayn" meant the leader of the two branches of government which were military and civilian, scarce to rare, mint, Madinat al-Salam (Baghdad), year 198 (first year of reign).
