BYZANTINE, Uncertain, circa 5th century AD. Ring Insert (?) Bronze (1.12 gm; 11 mm). Two draped imperial busts facing; above, cross. Rev. Blank. An interesting and enigmatic object, possibly part of a piece of jewelry. Beautiful original green patina. Excellent condition.
