Description
ARAB-SASANIAN, Khusro type, SK mint, Year 25?. AR Drachm (3.88 gm; 30 mm). Sasanian style bust turning right, name in Pahlavi in front of face, phrase "Bismillah" at second quarter bewreen two circles phrase "Rabi" on the third quarter, reverse, fire altar with attendants, mint "SK" (Sakastan) on the right, date, partially obliterated but possibly "25". Some minor marks on the field. Well struck on a nice broad flan. Choice EF. Lightly toned.
