CAESAR AVGVSTVS DIVI F PATER PATRIAE, laureate bust to right / AVGVSTI F COS DESIG PRINC IVVENT, Gaius and Lucius Caesar, on left and right, standing, front, each togate and resting hand on shield; behind each shield, a spear; above, on left, simpulum facing right, and on right, lituus facing left; C L CAESARES in exergue. RIC I 207; RSC 43c; BMCRE 433. Lovely style. Well struck on a nice broad flan. Perfectly centered. Choice Superb EF. Toned.
