Description
ARABIA. Imitation of Abi'el. Circa 2nd-1st Century BC. AR Tetradrachm (16.25 gm ; 22 mm). Crude head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus-Shamash seated left, holding horse and sceptre; palm to left, monogram under arm. Arnold-Biucchi 25; Potts, Class XLVII, 351. Choice aEF. Nice original find patina.
