Description
ROMAN EMPIRE, Philip I. 244-249 AD. AR Antoninianus (4.39 gm; 22 mm). Rome mint. Struck AD 248. Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Pax standing left, holding olive branch and scepter. RIC IV 231c; RSC 23. Well struck on a nice broad medallic flan. Well centered. Choice EF. Lightly toned.
