ROMAN IMPERIAL: The Constantinian Era, "Manus Dei", the "Hand of God" - this was the first time any Judao-Christian deity was ever depicted on a coin. Divus Constantine I the Great, post-mortem issue struck after his death, 337-340 AD. Veiled head of Constantine right, DV CONSTANTINVS PT AVGG; Constantine driving galloping quadriga right, the hand of God reaching down from above, SMANS in exergue. (1.76gm, 15mm) Good Very Fine.
