Carian Satraps. Pixodaros. Ca. 341/0-336/5 B.C. AR didrachm (20 mm, 6.89 g, 11 h). Laureate head of Apollo facing slightly right, drapery at neck / ΠΙΞΩΔΑΡΟ[Υ], Zeus Labraundos standing right, holding double-axe over shoulder and long lotus-tipped scepter. Pixodarus Hoard 11-47; SNG Copenhagen 596; SNG von Aulock 2375. Attractive toning. Well centered, hairline flan crack. Nearly extremely fine.
