Seleukid Kingdom. Antiochos II Theos. 261-246 B.C. AR tetradrachm (29 mm, 16.94 g, 10 h). Seleukeia on the Tigris. Diademed head of Antiochos Soter right / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΑΝΤΙΟΧΟΥ, Apollo seated left on omphalos, testing arrow and resting hand on grounded bow; in outer left and right fields, monograms. SC 587.1b; HGC 9, 236g. Excellent centering and well struck. A handsome example. Good very fine.
