Parthian Kingdom. Orodes II. 57-38 B.C. AR tetradrachm (31 mm, 10.93 g, 12 h). Seleukeia on the Tigris. Diademed bust of Orodes II left, royal wart on brow, wearing torque ending in hippocamp / King seated left, holding Nike and scepter. Sellwood 48.1; Shore 212; Callataÿ 15-23 and 26; Sunrise 377. Deeply toned, large edge chip. Very fine.
