Indo-Parthians. Abdagases. Late 1st century B.C.-early 1st century A.D. BI tetradrachm (22 mm, 9.88 g, 7 h). Taxila. Corrupt Greek legend, Abdagases seated left on horseback, arm extended; in lower left field, symbol and Greek B above Karosthi 'Go' / Guduvharabhradaputrasa Maharajasa Tratarasa Avadagashasa (Karosthi), Zeus standing half-right, extending arm and holding scepter; in left field, monogram above Karosthi 'O'; in right field Karosthi 'Kra' over 'Kre'. Senior 229.41T. Rare. Toned. Choice very fine.
