Description
ANTIQUITIES, Egyptian Harpokrates. Ancient Egypt. A seated bronze figure of Harpokrates, Late Period, c. 664 - 343 BC, depicted nude, wearing uraeus and side-lock, hands at his sides. Intact with traces of gilding. H: 2 3/8” (6 cm). Mounted on a very nice antique wooden base. Ex Dr. Gilles collection, Germany, acquired prior to 1970.
