An excellent Chancay figure from Peru, c. 1000 – 1200 AD. This elaborately decorated Huacho style male is 7-1/2” high, hollow and is adorned with the typical striped headdress and complex designs on the legs. Good paint, strong mineral deposits. Ex Caravallo collection. Value range: $375 - $500
