Anonymous [AVR]. Ca. 209 B.C. Æ sextans (20 mm, 3.39 g, 11 h). Uncertain mint in Sardinia. Head of Mercury right, wearing winged petasos; above, two pellets / ROMA above, (AVR) before, prow of galley right; below, two pellets. Crawford 65/6; Sydenham 162d; BMCRR 130. Dark green patina, a few areas of roughness, central striking weakness. Very fine.
