IMP SEV ALE-XANDER AVG, laureate bust of Severus Alexander right, slight drapery on four shoulder / VIRTVS AV-GVSTI, S C across field, emperor in military attire standing, facing, head left, foot resting on helmet, holding globe and spear. RIC 627; BMC 650-2. Pleasing original brown patina. Attractive good very fine.
