IMP GORDIANVS PIVS FEL AVG, laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Gordian III right, seen from behind / AETER-NITATI AVG, S C across field, Sol standing slightly right, head turned left, raising arm and holding globe. RIC 297a. Mottled dark brown and tan patina. Extremely fine.
