Strato III. Ca. A.D. 10. AR drachm (15 mm, 2.38 g). Diademed bust of young king right, with Greek legend around / Athena Alkidemos advancing left, flanked by Kharoshthi monograms; Kharoshthi legend Maharajasa tratarasa Stratasa (of Great King Straton the Savior) around. MIG 468 var (monograms); Bop 1 var (monograms). This attractive specimen has a wonderful portrait and complete legends. Extremely rare and choice. Very fine.
