A stone ‘Ib” or Heart amulet and a trussed ox, Late Period, c. 712 - 343 BC, both heart amulet carved from black steatite, showing good execution and sharp detail, 23 x 17mm. The trussed ox is carved in a reddish rhyolite (an extrusive igneous rock) with naturalistic style, 24 x 17mm. Both intact with light deposits. Ex Los Angeles private collection. Value range $250-$350.
