Germany. Teutonic Order in Mergentheim. Emperor Maximilian I of Austria as Grand Master (1590-1618). AR Double (2) Taler 1614. NGC XF45, toned rarity.
Mint: Hall
Obv: Crowned and armored Grand Master standing facing, head left, holding sword in right hand; coat of arms to left, plumed helmet to right, 1614 in exergue.
Rev: Helmeted and armored Emperor on horseback right, holding banner in right hand; all within ring of 14 coats of arms.

Grade: NGC graded and certified as XF45, toned, rare problems free.
