OCTAVIAN. 30-29 BC. AR Denarius (20mm - 3.69 g). Italian (Rome?) mint. Laureate head of Apollo right / IMP CAESAR in exergue, Octavian, as pontifex, driving yoke of oxen right, plowing furrow. RIC I 272; CRI 424; BMCRE 638-40; BN 92-6; RSC 117. Near VF, lightly toned, nice metal, banker's mark on both sides.
