ROMAN EMPIRE: Arcadius, AE Follis, AD 383-408 (17mm, 2.27g), Contantinople Mint. Obverse: D N ARCADI-VS P F AVG; three quarter facing pearl diademed, helmeted and cuirassed bust holding spear and shield decorated with cross. Reverse: CONCORDIA AVGG; Constantinopolis seated facing holding Victory on globe and scepter, right foot on prow; CONSI in exergue. Ex Roma Numismatics, auction 67, lot 1496. Fine.
