Obverse: IC XC in upper field, Christ, bearded and nimbate, wearing tunic and kolobion, seated upon throne with back; holds Gospels in l. hand. Dot in each limb of nimbus cross. Reverse: MANUHA DEC, Full-length figure of emperor, bearded wearing stemma, divitision, collar-piece, jeweled loros of simplified type and sagion, holding cross-tipped sceptre in right hand and cross on globe in left.
