SASANIAN KINGS, Peroz I, AD 457/9-484. PB (Lead) unit (3.90 gm; 20 mm). Illegible mint. Draped bust of Peroz I to right, wearing mural crown with two wings, frontal crescent and korymbos set on crescent / Fire altar flanked by two attendants; in upper field to left, six-pointed star; in upper field to right, crescent; in field to right, mint letter. Well struck on a nice broad flan. Choice Good VF. Nice original find patina. Extremely rare.
