Diademed bust left, wearing tiara decorated with "hooks", horn on side, and curved neckflap; long tapering beard; B behind / Arsakid royal symbol (monogram 83 with legend, wreath around). Sellwood 84.134; Shore -; BMC Parthia pg. 236, 96 (Vologases III); Sunrise -. Purchased from Fred Shore in the late 1990s. Well struck on a nice broad flan. Well centeterd. Nice original find green patina. Choice VF / Good VF. Rare.
