SASANIAN KINGS. Shapur I (240-270 AD). Silver Drachm (4.00 gm; 25 mm). Obverse; Shapur's bust turning right, with standard crown and earflap, reverse; fire altar with attendants, no special monogram or mint mark. Sunrise 741var. Lovely strike on a nice full flan. Great style. Choice Superb EF. Toned. Extremely Rare.
