SASANIAN KINGS. Shapur I (240-270 AD). Æ (2.26 gm; 16 mm). Obverse, Shapur's bust turning right, with standard crown and earflap, reverse; fire altar with attendants. Lovely strike on anice flan. Beautiful original find green earthen patina. Choice EF. Extremely Rare. Bold strike for the type.
