ROMAN EMPIRE. Agrippa, died 12 BC. Æ As (10.60 gm; 27 mm). Struck under Caligula, AD. 37-41, head of Agrippa left, wearing rostral crown, M AGRIPPA L F COS III / S C either side of Neptune standing left, holding dolphin and trident. RIC (Caligula) 58, RSC 3; BMC ("Tiberius") 161; RCV 1812. Lovely strike on a nice full broad flan. Minor smoothing on the field. Choice Good EF. Nice green reddish patina.
