SASANIAN KINGS. Vahram (Bahram) I. AD. 273-276. AR Drachm (4.00 gm; 27 mm). Bust right, wearing diadem and radiate crown with korymbos / Fire altar; flanked by two attendants, the left wearing crown with korymbos, the right with radiate crown. SNS type Ib/2B; Göbl type I/1; Paruck -; Saeedi 138; Sunrise 759var. Extremely rare variety with a large pellet in front of crown, smaller pellet in front of King's mouth, Two large pellets on reverse on either side of fire altar. Choice EF. Extremely Rare.
