Description
Lot of Two Imitative Camp Gate Folles. Both coins copy coins of Constantine I and appear to be from the hand of the same celator. The legends on both coins are nearly identical, though reduced to nonsense in both cases, and the styles are almost identical, yet both coins come from a different pair of dies. The two coins come from different sources, one has had the patina stripped and is rough, the other has and attractive greenish-brown patina with smooth surfaces. 2 coins in lot.
