Ionia, Teos. Late 6th-early 5th centuries B.C. AR drachm (15 mm, 5.99 g). Griffin seated right, forepaw raised / Quadripartite incuse square. Matzke grp. Ba1; Balcer grp. XX (unlisted dies?); SNG Copenhagen 1433. Lightly toned. Very fine.
