An adorable Colima Maternal figure from West Mexico, ca. 300 BC – 300 AD. She is 3-1/2” high, posed seated, with the child in her lap. She is adorned with a typical headdress, multiple arm bands and ear ornaments. The child has one arm wrapped around her back in a very realistic position. In exceptional condition, with strong mineral encrustation and dendrites. Ex Arnold collection. Value Range: $400 - $600
