A Jemdet Nasr marble 4-headed amulet, c. 3100 - 2900 BC, nicely carved with stylized faces with large eyes, a central hole for suspension or attachment. H: 27mm; W: 36mm. Intact with light deposits. Ex J. L. Malter collection, acquired in the early 1980’s.
