Kingdom of Persis. Uncertain king I. 2nd century B.C. AR drachm (16 mm, 4.05 g, 6 h). Head right, wearing diadem and satrapal cap surmounted by eagle; scar on cheek / Fire temple, Ahura-Mazda above, on left, king standing right, to right, standard surmounted by eagle. Cf. Klose & Müseler 3/5 (lacking crescent on kyrbasia); cf. Alram 551; Sunrise -. Lustrous and well centered. Just a touch of die rust on the obverse. Choice extremely fine.
