ANASTASIUS I. 491-518. Æ Nummus (9mm - 0.56 g). Constantinople mint. Struck 491-498 AD. Pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust right / Monogram within wreath. DOC I 15; SB 13. Good VF, dark green patina, numerous fine cleaning scratches. Unusually sharp for these with nearly a complete obverse legend.
