HADRIANVS AVG COS III P P, laureate head right / RESTITVTORI AFRICAE, Hadrian standing left, holding roll, about to raise Africa kneeling right who holds two grain ears; two stalks of grain between. RIC II 322; BMCRE 871; RSC 1223. VF, lightly toned, small flaw on neck.
