SASANIAN KINGS. Shahpur I. AD. 241-272. AR Drachm (4.30 gm; 25 mm). Bust right, wearing diadem and mural crown with korymbos decorated with pellets surrounded by ring of pellets / Fire altar; flanked by two attendants wearing diadems. Gobl 23. Sharply struck on a nice full flan. Good style. Choice Superb EF. Lightly toned.
