Facing male portrait holding a cross in his left hand and dressed in clothing probably reflecting some degree of Byzantine influence on copper coinage in Iran. Rev. Facing female bust wearing long hair falling down her shoulders, derived from the Anahita type of Khusro II (Göbl-218/219). Gyselen -, Album -, Miles -, unpublished. RRRR. Nice brown reddish patina. Choice VF.
