An excellent Chimu bottle from Peru, c. 1100 – 1450 AD. This fine example is 8-3/4” high and is decorated on both sides with bands of geometric designs resembling necklaces. In perfect condition, with good mineral deposits and firing clouds. Ex Sarmiento collection. Value range: $350 - $500
