A superb Mixtec greenstone penate from Mexico, ca. 1000 – 1500 AD. This choice figural pendant is 2” long and is made from mottled serpentine. It portrays a seated figure with a beautifully detailed face. In perfect condition, highly polished, perforated for suspension. Museum deaccession, with attached tag. Value range: $250 - $400
